Free shipping for all orders. COD shipping is available within Ho Chi Minh city only. Items will be delivered within 1 - 7 days depending on your address.



The shipping fee is estimated on the weight of products and depends on your address. We provide two types of shipping method: Standard & Express. You may have to pay import duty and tax depending on your location.




We are able to offer exchange for products if customers email us within 1 day upon reception of the goods. Exchange can be made for a change of size or color of the same style or for another item.



1. Send Return Request

Send an email to with picture of invoice to indicate which item(s) you wish to return within 1 day upon receipt of the goods. View our Returns Conditions below.


2. Check for Returns Eligibility Status
Please do not return any item(s) before receiving the return review email from SAND.


3. Pack Parcel
Once the return request is approved, please pack the item(s) and invoice in its original packaging with tote bag.


4. Send Your Items
Send your parcel to us with your preferred courier service provider within 3 days from the date of approval. Shipping cost will be borne by you.



Before sending a return request, please take note of the following:

  • Ensure that the item(s) is brand new (in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and invoice attached).

  • Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • We do not accept ineligible item(s) to be returned. Should ineligible item(s) be returned, we reserve the right to reject your return and the shipping charges to send the item(s) back to you will be borne by you.

  • For hygiene reasons, jewelries are not permitted to returns and exchanges.

  • Only the value of the authorised item(s) will be refunded. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.



For eligible exchanges, you may exchange any item(s) with no further refunds given. If the value of the exchanged item(s) is higher than the original item(s), a cash top up of the difference will be required. If the value of the exchanged item(s) is lower than the original item(s), no refund will be given.



  • Returned items that are not exchanged for other color, size or style will be refunded with an e-voucher of the same value of purchasing price. E-voucher is valid within 1 month from the date of being sent.

  • Items on sales, custom made or gifted cannot be either exchanged or refunded.

  • We issue e-voucher refunds by email within 15 days of refund confirmation.



We offer a flexible returns policy to improve your shopping experience. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your SAND account.



SAND reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges. You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item(s) to you. SAND’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final.
